Why a supplement exists

The first estimate is rarely the whole estimate.

Insurers write from their own numbers. Damage nobody wrote down never gets paid.

  • We look before we writeInspected in person, roof to floor.
  • The policy sets the ceilingWe read your coverage before anything is filed.
  • Nothing goes on a guessPhotographs, measurements and notes, all on file.

What we do

Questions

Straight answers

What does a public adjuster actually do?

We work the claim for you instead of the insurance company working it for itself. Inspection, policy review, documentation, a written repair estimate, and the negotiation that follows.

When should I call you?

Before you accept a settlement is the best time. After one that does not cover the repair is still worth a conversation.

My claim was already paid. Is it too late?

Often not. A supplement covers what the first estimate missed, and writing that is exactly what we do.

Do I still have to deal with my insurance company?

You can if you want to. Most people would rather we take the calls and the paperwork from there.

What do you need from me to get started?

Your policy, the claim number if one has been opened, and access to the property so it can be inspected.

Where do you work?

Halls and the Knoxville area, and across East Tennessee for property damage claims.
